She is beautiful, came on time, great price with quality, look just like the picture. The ball in her hand glows brightly. She is going next to my large fairy that is hanging out glass bubbles. Perfect

The pedestal was broken off, packing around pedestal was broken and styrofoam packing was such poor quality that it disintegrated upon touching it. I sent a complained, along with pictures, but have I heard back yet. I am very disappointed with this seller. I am requested replacement, but haven’t heard back.

Product came in with handling damage to box and damage to product. Was able to fix vs sending it back.

She is Soooo sweet. Looks just like the picture. This is my second purchase by Hi-Line Gifts. The other was a large eagle. Both products were packaged in molded styrofoam and arrived safely and as described.

Bubble girl did not survive the trip. Box and styrofoam did not provide enough protection. Statue was quite cute but broken in many pieces upon arrival - returned quickly and credited my account immediately (great work Wayfair for taking care of the problem so fast).
