Through a comedy of errors, the bust arrived late (no fault of Wayfair), however, it arrived perfectly packaged. Clean, no damage, well packed, taped well, couldn't be better. Delivered via FedEx. The bust is as described, the recipient of the gift (my wife) absolutely loves it! I'm very pleased with this purchase. The bust is well made, with nice detailing and glassy eyes! You want a gorilla in a tux? This is it! Overall, would purchase via Wayfair again. And this item turned out to be perfect.
