Sitting Bear Plant Stand

Cute piece, but packaging needs serious improvement I really wanted to love this. The bear itself is super cute and looks great, but I’ve now received this item twice broken in the exact same spot. The tabletop is supposed to be securely attached to the bear, but both times it arrived detached due to damage during shipping. To their credit, customer service was quick to send a replacement, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement showed up with the same issue. I was able to repair the second one with glue, but it’s not perfect and takes away from the overall quality and durability. The first one wasn’t salvageable at all. At this point, it seems like less of a one-off issue and more of a packaging or design flaw. Either the tabletop connection needs to be reinforced, or the packaging needs to better protect that area during shipping. If this arrived intact, I’d probably rate it much higher. Just be aware there’s a real risk it may show up damaged.

Plant stand is adorable, however, it will arrive shattered, TWICE! Wayfair cannot send a breakable object in thin (1/4" styrofoam) and expect it to arrive in tact. What happened to large bubble wrap, styrofoam and a thicker box? Take my advice, Wayfair, and do better. I will never purchase anything breakable from Wayfair again.

Thank you the bear table is adorable!! I have faith again in your company after my last (first purchase) of wallpaper which got totally messed up, with the wrong wallpaper being delivered...
