I'm resubmitting my review. I bought two of these, one for me and one for a relative. Both arrived quickly to CA and CO. There actually IS an On/Off switch on the bottom of the bird which I couldn't originally see. Unfortunately the chirp feature failed after three weeks of occasional playing. I receive a free bird as compensation, but I don't think i'll buy another.

Cute, But Missing a Spark The Songbird Standing on Stump Statue is visually sweet and well-crafted—the detailing on the feathers and the natural wood-look base make it a lovely addition to my garden nook. It blends nicely with my other nature-themed pieces and adds a gentle, rustic touch. That said, it’s purely decorative. I placed it near a walkway hoping it might catch attention or spark a moment of delight, but it doesn’t really “come alive.” It doesn’t react when you pass by, and of course, there’s no sound—no cheerful chirping or motion to make it feel interactive. I knew it wouldn’t sing, but I still found myself wishing it had a bit more presence. For the price, it’s a decent accent piece, but it’s more background than focal point. If you’re looking for something that truly engages or surprises, this one stays silent.

The singing bird which it really sings with motion detection is a have to have it has an on-off switch my cat kept setting it off it is on the top right hand side and I turned it up sturdy strong and cute dont hesitate to buy this item you wont regret it

I like my songbird, my husband was not impressed with the noise.
