These shell planters are very pretty. They are small, but are the size described. My only issue with them is that they state that they are planters, but the opening on the inside is not shaped in such a way that it will fit a small plant pot. And since they don’t have a drainage hole, you can’t plant directly into the shell planter. For now they are just decorative pieces.

These planters are beautiful and are of a nice sturdy weight. They are a bit smaller than I anticipated but that’s on me as the dimensions are listed, I should have looked more closely. I’m deducting a star for the price because although these are lovely they aren’t worth the high price tag. I’m deducting another star because I really don’t see how you could use these as planters. The sides are so low that these wouldn’t hold enough dirt to hold a plant. The dirt will just fall out the sides. If you’re looking for a planter these aren’t for you. If you want nice shellbeachy decor then these are for you. But buy them on sale if you can.
