I shipped This stool to my new place of residence..Singapore When my husband sat on it down it came. He fell to the floor. Thank goodness he was fine. Now we have one chair for a balcony for two. I reached out to wayfair and they were very nice.i sent a picture of the damage and they were happy to send me a new one. This was great but they couldn’t send it to my Singapore address it had to be sent to my stateside residence. So know I have to Ship it Singapore next time I fly for $175. Hardly worth it. So the moral of the story is checked out your new merchandise first!!! It may save u a lot of aggravation and money.
