The hot tub is great! It was delivered within the original time frame of 2-3 weeks, and had no issues with leaks or damage. The tub is comfortable and has plenty of power. The instruction manual could be ALOT better, but for the quality and price of the tub It is well worth it. One thing to note is that the tub did not come with the wiring to connect from the control panel to the house, and the shell did not include a hole for the wire to exit through. Not sure if this typical with hot tubs or not, but expect to buy several feet of #6 wire to connect the tub to the disconnect box and to drill a hole in the frame to feed the wire out.

Our entire family has been enjoying our new hot tub for the past 2-weeks and we absolutely love it! We ordered the tub in June. Due to the disruption in manufacturing and supply chain due to COVID-19, our tub didn't arrive until November, nearly 5-months after we ordered it....but it was worth the wait! We are very happy with the design, performance, and the fact it was Made in the USA! There were some challenges dealing with the third-party carrier directly on scheduling the delivery date with an appropriate delivery truck. To our surprise, the tub showed up on a flatbed truck that had a forklift. The delivery driver did an amazing job hauling the tub to our back deck and placing it on the deck for us. Overall a great quality product that represents a great value when compared to the premium brand names that retail for a much higher price through independent dealers! I highly recommend this relaxing hot tub!

Love the hot tub, not the delivery. Ordered in March, supposed to be delivered by Easter, first one didn’t get delivered until May. Taking it off the truck the pallet disintegrated and hot tub smashed into street. Second one had Major issues delivering the hot tub. FINALLY had it placed in my yard the beginning of June. If the hot tub wasn’t exactly what I wanted I would have cancelled the order.

The Hot tub is complicated to program. The cover is being replaced already only 9 months after purchase. I would buy a different one. The pros are that its bigger than most for the cost.
