Nothing wrong with the description or product quality, but the item is just so much more awkward than expected. THICK insulated walls make the interior rather small and the pack cumbersome to get onoff. Seems like it was made for the lumberjack in the photo and not a 40 year old woman. ) Legit waterproof though, I left it in the rain (accidentally) it’s first night out and it kept my electronics safe.

This backback cooler is great. It holds alot of drinks and the watertight pockets are a life saver.

I purchased this for my husband for his birthday and he loves it. Great size, easy to get into, and keeps things cold for a good period of time. He recently went fishing and still had ice in the mule the next day.
