Very Disappointed. We ordered and paid for this product- and only the pool cover arrived- no actual pool nor filter pump. We waited for days and attempted three times to get a resolution only to be told on the 4th attempt, that we would get a refund in 5-6 days. We asked why they won't send the missing pool and filter and we told it was not possible. Very poor customer service.

Great pool. Easy to install. Replaced a much larger pool that was too hard to keep up. Perfect size for cooling off in. Was happy getting the extra cover but probably would not need it any time soon because it seem to be very well made.
