It's ok. You will need fill them with water otherwise they will no stay in place.

Had an issue keeping them on the side of the tub once the jets were activated. Added water to the headrest and re-inflated them and they work beautifully now!

These headrests do not stay on the spa and are constantly falling off. Definitely not worth the price unless you get in, don’t turn on the jets and don’t move.
