The shipment was supposed to be 3 boxes but only 2 arrived. One of the 2 boxes was badly damaged. We called and inquired and they had no idea where box 3 was. Then a week later box 3 arrived. After finally unpacking and beginning assembly I noticed the corner piece of the sofa - the bars were misaligned and had damage to them. This made it nearly impossible to align the bolts as the bolt couldn’t grab the thread. As I worry about the stability of that bent piece I continued on and found a lot of the punched out holes had metal tabs still left inside of them. This made it difficult to align the boltsthreads. The cushions that came with the set are very flimsy and have no rigidity- need extra stuffing

Much easier to assemble than another set I got, although the corner units are challenging due to pieces not being in square, holes misaligned and holes covered by rattan. Comfortable and attractive. Although the cushions could be thicker.

Purchased for our deck. We love the style and versatility of the design. The cushions aren't as thick as the pictures, but I think will be fine for the amount of use they will get

We were not satisfied with the quality of the plastic, and the thickness of the seating pads were too thin for our liking…the seats in the pictures appear thicker than what we received.
