Hand Crafted Weather Resistant Floor Fountain with Light

I ordered 2 of these. One arrived on time and is great. There are a lot of things I really love about it and I wish the other had arrived similarly which would have led to a great review but instead the second arrived late and completely broken. Whole middle section is broken off and completely unusable. I contacted wayfair who contacted manufacturer who said they will replace it if I return the old one. I have asked twice if they will come pick it up because it is large and heave and awkward and I have a broken wrist that is still healing and have gotten no response. Most other companies just have you trash an item that is damaged as such (pictures provided to them). This feels like a big hoop to ask a customer to jump through through no fault of my own and with no apology or reason or discount being offered and now no response despite multiple attempts to respond to them. Just know, if everything arrives great, you’ll probably enjoy this but if it doesn’t good luck dealing with them and getting a hold of anyone! Don’t buy this if you’re not prepared for the hassle. There are plenty of other great fountains at comparable or cheaper prices available One is warped. Works fine but is crooked/lopsided but too much hassle to get a replacement.

Beautiful but have to fill it every two days. Light is very dim. Very short needs something to prop up on. Not worth the price.

I love the way it looks and the sound of the water. However, it splashes a lot. I have it on my wooden deck so I bought a waterproof pad to go under it. It throws water quite a ways tho and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to leave it there.

We love it. It has nice sound. Very relaxing. It does splash a little but ok. We put it in our zen garden. It tied in with the decor.

Easy to assemble works beautifully and sounds amazing. Added a flower pot to the top portion.

elegant...so far exterior holding up to the Texas heat....easy set up...great height with my garden...good sound..not too loud...only thing is when water hits last section..some tiny water splashes out..no biggie since I placed it outside...

Really cool! Can put some plants on top. I may still get a stand for it so it's taller, but other than that you will love it & the relaxing water sound!
