The measurements between posts that I requested were way off. Therefore, the preparation that my contractor had set up for a solid, secure support under the deck he built had to be done over. He is a creative builder, however and he managed to make it work. The gazebo remained secure through a recent rain-and-wind storm.

This is a great quality pergola. It does take at least two people and a whole day to assemble, but very much worth it. The metal is good quality and it has two sets of privacy curtains. There are three hooks in the roof for lighting choices.

Even though this purchase required enlarging our existing patio, all the effort was so worth it! This is a beautiful gazebo and a wonderful addition to a patio, pool or yard area. It is well made with heavy duty zippered curtains and netting. The curtains can be completely closed or opened and tied back. The zippers are good quality and the tie backs are wide with velcro. The curtain holders are plastic and I would not expect them to last very long. This is definitely a big and challenging assembly job. For us it was three people, eight hours. The post measurements do not space out at 12 by 20, more closely to 11 by 19 approximately, so this measurement needs to be more accurate to prepare post positions. All pieces went together well with the exception of the ridge cap, which had to be reshaped using roofers tools in order to fit properly. The extra hardware provided was a definite plus. It is designed for 25 mph wind so you may want to consider additional tie down for more protection against high winds. All the work and challenges were definitely worth it! It is such an inviting place to relax or gather with friends and family.

I am over the moon excited about this gazebo!! We are on day two of assembling it. However, my husband is doing it by himself. The instructions are very clear, and the assembly is a breeze. With more help it’s absolutely possible to get this together in one day. This gazebo is structurally very sound. I’m so excited to see the finished product, and will update with more pictures!
