I’m writing this review not only to share my experience with the Joyldias 360° Rotating Ride‑On Drift Car (24V Brushless Motor), but also in hopes that Wayfair will reconsider my case and help make this right. I purchased this item and it was delivered on 12/24. My son was thrilled, and for the short time it worked, it really was a fun product. Unfortunately, it has already stopped functioning properly. The radio no longer works at all, and the “gas” pedal has become unreliable — sometimes it will move for a moment, but most of the time it doesn’t respond. At this point, it’s essentially unusable. We followed every manufacturer guideline exactly: fully charged before first use, never overcharged, never let the battery run too low. It has only been used indoors due to winter weather and the lack of a driveway or sidewalk, so it hasn’t been exposed to dirt, gravel, or anything that could cause premature wear. What has been most disappointing is the lack of flexibility in Wayfair’s support. I didn’t purchase the extended warranty because the cost felt too high at the time, and I assumed the product would last longer than a few weeks. When I reached out for help, I was told that Wayfair only offers 33 days from delivery with no exceptions. I was also asked for photos, though it didn’t seem to matter since no assistance was offered regardless. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had recently. I also purchased two purified air filters from Wayfair, and both have broken reset‑filter buttons. I did purchase the extended warranty prior to my purchase of the drift kart because it seemed to be an appropriate price in comparison. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had recently. They’re asking for model numbers and SKUs that aren’t even listed on my Wayfair receipt, turning what should be a simple claim into a time‑consuming ordeal I honestly don’t have the bandwidth for. At this point, I’m genuinely reconsidering using Wayfair at all. Between multiple product failures, the lack of support, and the complicated warranty process, I’m left feeling very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer, and I’m hoping Wayfair will take another look at my situation and help resolve this so I can feel confident shopping here again. Got this for Christmas. We put it together and charged it up and never used it because it is cold out. A couple of weeks ago, in February, my kids tried it out in the house and it worked for five minutes. We tried charging it again and I just tried it again yesterday and it worked for a couple of minutes, but just tried the music part. Tried charging again and now it doesnt work at all. We never really got to use it. It seems like someone else had a similar issue. I am wondering if they got a bad lot of batteries. Wayfair is not doing much about it because it is outside of the 60 day window (more like 90 days), but it honestly sat in a box for a month, waiting for Christmas to open. I feel like they should give an exception in this case. Maybe they will, but not looking hopeful for a 200 item. Would not buy. I will update if the company has anything better to say. I also think the reviews have been edited because there are only reviews from December 2025 and January 2026. I purchased this near December 1 and there were reviews then that were all positive. Those reviews are no longer on here.

This is worth the money! My 6year old grandson love this ride it have speed and turns in circles its perfect it makes the best gift they also give you extra wheels for when the old ones wear out

This was a great purchase! My little grandson absolutely adores it and plays on it all the time. It’s sturdy enough that an adult can ride it too and we have had a blast as a family. We got a second one for my granddaughter. This is probably the best toy purchase I have made in a very long time.
