Very happy with our purchase. The item was delivered quickly and once we put it together it's really nice nicer than I thought it would be. Very comfortable! The only complaint I have is that we paid for professional assembly and the appointment was canceled twice. Otherwise I'm happy.

I saw this set and it was on sale so decided to update my patio furniture that was only a few years old. This has been a horrible mistake. The product arrived damaged on every single item due to packaging. The customer support from Wayfair has been absolutely awful and they are having me - the customer who purchased directly from Wayfair - work with the Manufacturer Joyside. I can tell you that this is my very first review to leave but due to the poor quality of packaging, damaged product, and extremely disappointing customer service by Wayfair I can’t recommend this product. The manufacturer is sending the 5 damaged model pieces for us to replace but has a lead time of 2 weeks and I still haven’t received tracking. See image that represents how 5 areas were totally cut across from packing next to metal attachments of other sofa parts.

I purchased this 5 piece set in beige for my outdoor covered patio. I love that the weave is wide and airy compared to most other outdoor rattan furniture sets. It looks great, it feels sturdy and the cushions are thin but are surprisingly comfortable due to their density. The fabric has a linen look and texture to it. Of course you can put different cushions on it if you don’t care for the ones it came with but I like them. One thing to keep in mind is the furniture sits low so the backs of the couch and chairs are low. This works great for me for two reasons I have the set placed in front of three large living room windows that look out to my covered porchbackyard, because it sits low, there is no obstruction of my view nor blockage of sunlight coming in and secondly my elderly labs are able to easily hop up onto the couch for a rest while we swim. I have only had the set for a few days so I cannot attest to long term durability but it’s super cute and I can’t wait to add a rug and throw pillows, which will be easy to do with the neutral colors. I plan to purchase a gas fire table that sits low to the ground and this low sitting seating will be perfect for it. The set was delivered in two large boxes placed by my front door. I realized that I was going to need help putting it together so I jumped onto my Wayfair account and purchased the Assembly option (I think it was right around 78 which I saw as well worth it) and a Service Pro was scheduled to come out the next day! He arrived on time and put the set together in an hour! Overall I am happy with this set and the Wayfair service.

Nice set for the sale price. Rattan a bit weak so wouldn’t suggest for larger people. Works for us though.
