We love our new pergola! We have been in it every single day since it was installed. Our back deck gets very hot during the day and this has helped tremendously. I would purchase again for sure!

Ordering this pergola has been a complete nightmare. We are on the second replacement of the middle part that holds the Louvered pieces, which has arrived (Both times) bent beyond redemption. I'm now waiting on the third replacement part, which I hope is actually straight. What is really concerning is that there is no actual resolution or options beyond continuing to get parts or getting a refund and potentially losing time and the assembly money. At one time, the customer service person suggested that I deal with the manufacturer directly- aka throwing the problem on my plate. Ultimately, after asking to speak to a supervisor- who was very professional- we decided to order one more part, but honestly, I regret getting this. The whole experience has been an absolute hassle.

Great quality pergola! It toke 2 men 4 hours to assemble.

Really like this pergola. Easy to set up. Just need some time and help. Only reason is that this is 4 and not 5 stars is that the image doesn’t really show that curtains aren’t “white” like the structure. They are more of a cream color. Not a big deal but I didn’t think this was apparent from the images shown. Looking forward to enjoying this for many years.
