This was our most recent purchase. For the longest time, I had been looking at discadas until this griddle came out. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, but a little bulky to store. I recommend a medium heat with a grate just below the griddle so you can place a grease/fat drip tray below the slit. To clean, spray water with a bottle until the grime comes off. This is just another of Kamado Joe’s accessories that add value and flexibility to an already awesome grill.
