Kamado Joe Joe Jr Grill Cart with Folding Shelves

Item us great, wayfair customer service, not so much

I was very disappointed with the last two pieces I had to bolt onto the frame. The fit was VERY poorly machined and NONE of the holes would match up no matter what I did. In fact, I could not even get the last bolt in. There was no way it was going to happen. Up until that point, I was impressed, but clearly the two pieces which attach to the frame that the shelves hang on are VERY POORLY machined. Either your factory is not machining the parts correctly or it is just a very poor design. The other thing which was sub par was the felt which is meant to protect the grill. This was also very poorly designed. Right out of the box, half off it fell off before I even began to put it together. I like the look and I am hoping it will function well, even without being able to put that last bolt in. Honestly, for how poorly machined those last parts are, it is WAY overpriced. I thought I was getting a premium cart which would be easy to put together. What I got was something that looks good overall, but has a couple of very poorly made pieces.

Sturdy, easy to assemble, functional, and fits perfectly. Glad I didn't go ahead with my plan to build my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Joe Jr. Cart arrived a few days after my Joe Jr. and I could not go without it the perfect height and roll’s where I need it. The lower shelf is great for my soapstone as well as my ceramic deflector.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great cart, very well built and makes it much easier to cook on the Joe Jr. But there were several setup instructions that could be better. For example when I was finished I had to go back and remove the wheels and add the washers since there was no mention of it. And then the part where you screw in the bolts for the trays was actually backwards and caused me a LOT of frustration because they were incredibly hard to install and then remove. If only the instructions were clear and did not skip steps -- but in the end it was still worth it!

Was excited about my purchase until the 3 hours it took me to assemble the last remaining portion. Poor and incorrect manual illustrations. Design flaw specific to support connectors as extremely difficult to tighten causing uneven and slopping side shelfs (main reason I purchased)

Long Overdue for Kamado Joe Jr accessories --- need more components as the big boys

I would not recommend anyone over five feet tall buy this cart. It is too short to be comfortable. I was so excited when it was available to purchase I bought it without reading the specs. It is well made and mostly easy to assemble. There are a few places where the direction the screws are inserted was not well thought out and it slows assembly. That said assembly takes 15 minutes or less. It is a well made product but I would not recommend it to most people. Ergonomics are important and I wasted my money.
