Joetisserie BBQ Basket

I was a skeptic at first since the Jotisserie was $$$ and the basket is pretty pricey, but it is worth it. The multiple baskets are great. I use the rectangle basket for whole spatchcock chicken and the other basket for wings. I love the independent rod so you do not have the rod running through whatever food you are cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used the basket once for chicken wings and they came out great! I would recommend using a marinade vs a rub since the tossing makes the seasoning come off.
