Claudia Round Steel Wood Burning Fire Pit

So disappointing! The pit doesn’t stand upright, the pre-drilled holes for the handles are too short for the actual handles.

Sorry, but extremely disappointed. Was so excited to get this only to get a badly damaged box with styrofoam everywhere along with a not so easy assembly.

Horrible and worst quality product. The screws don’t align properly in the holes. It came bent and rusty. The metal is so poor and weak. I’m beyond frustrated. It took me over 3 hours to put together and it’s falling apart. I had a professional come and try to fix it but they said to discard it because it’s garbage.

Is my second one and I love it because is big and could open and close easy. First one I had for like 9 years but I left it uncovered and with weather and rain got rusty and broke.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We bought this for a 50th birthday celebration and now are out of luck. There is dents and scratches all around the product. While putting it together it was even more clear that the all around quality of this product was terrible. Holes didn’t line up but I made it work still hopeful it would turn out but not to my surprise after complete construction it looks terrible. Nothing like a “sphere” and the legs are very unstuffy. Overall very unhappy. I don’t write bad reviews often but I am genuinely upset with this product. As you can see in the photos the portion that opens and closes doesn’t even match up or look like it even belongs on this pit.

Not bad for the price

this firepit is poorly constructed and the two shipments received were in poor condition. Boxes torn and retaped, pieces missing. The second shipment which was the replacement, was slightly different construction. In order to assemble this firepit, pieces had to be used from the original and second shipment. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Its a nice fire pit but not the best quality. Got rusty after one season of using

Rusted literally after one year and then completely collapsed. We covered it every single time after use and stored it in the shed in winter. There is no excuse for this poor of quality.

Haven’t used yet, but was terrible to put together, holes didn’t match up and frame was bent, but i wrangled it for 2 hours to get it usable. I wouldn’t buy again.
