The pergola underwent significant damage during transit. Looks like forklift damage. I would inspect the packaging and product before the delivery teams leaves if possible. I have contractors assembling the pergola now and have no idea what the resolution will be. Wayfair sends an email to the manufacturer. Even if they send new parts, I’m out several hundred dollars in contractor fees.

Very flimsy! Beware, not real wood as advertised! Will not withstand a slight breeze and cracks easily. Very disappointed!

We love this pergola. Its the perfect size for a 6 person hot tub. It took my husband most of a day to assemble doing the majority himself and with some help from our neighbor. Amazing addition to our backyard. Shipping took quite a while- received item 18 days after placing order- but communication during shipping process was good.
