Grandkids love it. The slide did have a break where it connects and could potentially cut a child when going down slide but the process to get a new piece was ridiculously hard so my husband is going to see if he can fix it himself.

This took 6 days to put together. Every little peice takes time. There is nothing assembled at all. But after putting it together, my grandson has enjoyed it everyday since!

Sturdy! Complicated to put together yourself he prepared to spend 2 days. Overall nice choice

Took awhile to build but my child loves it and we were able to add a lot of customization on it.

The play set is super cute and not all the bright colors! Howeve, you have to deal with KidKraft for any issues. They are a joke!! I have completed forms for the damaged parts in the box, added ALL the documentation, insane numbers they want from the boxes and placards, photos etc. they respond after weeks of me checking back that they need me to complete the forms. I sent them the email indicating that they have successfully received the information and will contact me in 24 hours. It has been almost 8 weeks. And still nothing more than an email saying they haven’t heard from me!!!! It was a birthday present for a party so we put together with the damaged parts. NO IDEA what you would do if you were missing parts!!
