Mckinley Fort, glissoire jaune

When I first felt how lightweight the wood was, I assumed it was cheap quality wood. After drilling into it and tightening the fasteners, nothing came remotely close to cracking and the swing set is very sturdy.

This was a birthday present for our daughter (turning 3). Our 3 and 6 year old are having a blast playing in the kitchen area and in their “house upstairs” (the fort). They love to swing of course, but they’ve been enjoying the pretend play part the most right now. We have also been having “picnics” where they eat in the fort, and they think is the best ever! We hired our own contractor to put this together, so I can’t speak to their installation services or on how assembly was. The contractor said it was “fairly typical” as far as swing sets go.

Bought this for our daughter and got it setup in no time. I was really impressed with how easy and clear all the instructions work. All the parts were labeled really well so it was very easy to find the right parts and hardware for each step to get it setup.

After 3 years the staples rust and the parts fall apart.

The McKinley swing set was relatively easy to put together with the included instructions. So far, the swing set has been up for about two weeks and it is our kids' favorite place to play. They love the ground level kitchen area, climbing up to the slide, and playing on the swings!
