I purchased the smoker as a gift given to my daughter’s family. Her husband found no instruction manual and only 4 screws. Parts suppose to arrive in 3 business days.

So I was kinda skeptical about buying another pellet grill, had a bad experience before. But this KingChii thing is REALLY good. I got it for our camping trips and it's just so easy to load up and use on the go. The temperature control is SPOT ON, like seriously accurate. It's totally changed how we do camp cooking. Just remember to get good pellets, it makes a HUGE difference.

Decent grill... easy to put together... just make sure you cure it right before the first cook. Works fine so far.

Need someone to return calls and emails about my smoker not working and its under warranty

I got this smoker a few months back, didn't expect much... but it's held up surprisingly well. The auto temp is still working fine, which was my main concerne. Time will tell on the rust but so far so good. Just make sure to keep it covered when not in use.
