OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We purchased this product almost over 8 months ago. It was used quite a bit. A part broke and we could not find it anywhere. When we reached out the seller they Immediately sent us a replacement part via FedEx ex WITHOUT ANY COST to us. Outstanding! Oh.. and the product is great! I highly recommend both.

Don't buy. This did not last more than 6 months before the battery wouldn't take a charge and you cannot replace the battery. The return policy is only 30 days. Sad.
