As a charcoal grill, it’s not the greatest as you have to use the lower levels so while cooking you are lifting off 2 giant levels as a lid. The heat distribution is off as well, the first use I thought maybe I didn’t use enough charcoal but had the same issues on second use. Temperature gauge shows temperature up to 400 yet the corn was still frozen in the middle. Perhaps this is beginning user error, perhaps I should remove one level when using a charcoal grill style. Still it’s larger and sturdy. One other thing, the smoke release at the top is already rusting, grill is stored in covered area so not getting direct rain ever.

Nice size smoker, better than expected. I wasnt expecting it to be as big as it is. It arrived in a box the size of the grill rack. Everything was stacked and packed securely in the box. It took about two hours to put together only because there were many screws. It comes with all the inner workings, grill rack, water pan, charcoalwood rack, thermometer, and ash collecting box. I think its safe to say its a winner.

Didn't try it. FedEx driver didn't bring it to my house.
