Called customer service and was told they needed to send the issue to the warehouse. Heard back from the warehouse and was told they didn’t have the part and could not send me just (1) new chair because it came in a (2) pack, would I like 25% off, absolutely not, what am I to do with (3) chairs. Not sure what happened to WAYFAIRs customer service, but this made me a not so happy customer.

We purchased these outdoor metal chairs for our Patio set to help accentuate our patio set they really are very comfortable . We purchased 4 of them and, our Bed and Breakfast guests rave about the comfort as well as the quality . These are very nice chairs to accentuate any patio set !!!!
