The parts numbers were wrong on the ends and couple of screw holders came out on the saga and rattan weave is loose and crooked

UPDATE*** They were able to resolve the issue by sending me a replacement which was quick and easy. Unfortunately I had to send back the 3 Seater as it was missing parts as well. The Item was easy to assemble and looks great. Im going to change my rating to a 3 due to their customer service and resolving part of the issue. Very disappointing! The instructions are extremely unclear and incomplete. There were no instructions on how to assemble the three seater sofa, the screws were sent in two unlabeled packets. When I tried to follow the instructions the screws that its directing me to use to assemble the sofa are too short. The instructions further asks for several Part 4s to be assembled to the single chairs and 2 seater sofa, but only one Part 4 was sent. So now I have unassembled chairs in my house. Not to mention the screws that did not make the furniture flush to each piece. I reported the concern to the manufacturer and until they resolve, I will leave this at the current rating.

It’s a cute little set, cushions are thin so I’d replace those but the overall look is nice and modern. The table is lovely and well made! However, this is the Second set in the month that came messed up. The wrong hardware was sent and I couldn’t assemble. I’m in the tried and true program and I’ve never experienced so many issues until this year. It would be a super lovely set if there was some quality control because I couldn’t even assemble the big loveseat.
