One panel of the lantern was broken upon arrival. Box undamaged and intact so not the fault of the shipper. Material is very brittle and fragile. Would not be surprised if this is a common problem. Did not survive a second Michigan winter. Crumbled to pieces. Ok, so did not survive a second Michigan winter. Crumbled to pieces

I absolutely LOVE this addition to my Asian themed garden. My sincere gratitude to the customer service department for the prompt, expedited replacement of my initial order that was damaged in route. The replacement arrived in excellent condition and is now a focal point in the garden. Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised with size and weight. They will be a great addition to my garden.
