A little less sturdy than expected but a nice piece

I bought this for a family member for Christmas. As I was putting it together today(with no directions in the box) for them I noticed one of the arm pieces had a giant crack and was missing a chunk. I guess I bought it on November 23 and today is December 24 so I missed the date where wayfair can be of any help by one day, so now I’m stuck with a defective piece of junk and no gift to give my family member. Definitely wouldn’t buy this and most likely won’t buy from wayfair again if they stand by this junk.

The patio bench exceeded my expectation. Wood quality and color is very good. The design is very pleasing to the eyes. Easy installation and very sturdy bench. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase. Perfect patio bench!

Love it! Super easy to put together!

Bench looks beautiful on my small porch and I’ve already had several compliments. I’m not usually handy at all but I was able to put it together completely by myself in under 3 hours, so I’d say it’s pretty easy to put together. Also, very comfy!!
