Very dissatisfied with product when I received it the glass from the table was in a million pieces. I ordered this set in June when the item came the glass from the table broke I contacted your company which started they would send out a replacement the replacement was sent to the wrong address. I contact you again you stated another one will be send to the correct address. Here it is 2 months later no replacement no communication and no reimbursement but you so still charged my account every month.

I returned this item due to several quality and functionality issues. There are multiple problems apply: the product is damaged/defective, different from the website description, and overall unsatisfactory. 1. Assembly Issues: The assembly instructions were very poor. There were five different types of screws randomly mixed together with no labeling. It was extremely difficult to identify the correct ones. Additionally, some screw holes did not align properly. After assembling three sides of the chair, the fourth side could not be attached due to misalignment. 2. Defects: Some screw holes were covered by the plastic surface, requiring us to cut it open to insert the screw—this risks damaging the chair netting. 3. Cushion Discrepancy: The backrest cushions are significantly smaller than shown in the product photos. When lying back, your back ends up pressing against the frame instead of the cushion, making it very uncomfortable. This was the primary reason we decided to return the item. Thank you,

We were enjoying this furniture - however - had it assembled through Wayfair by Angi and found out this week that Angi forgot a support bar and sofa collapsed. Regular use. ( so lasted less than a year.

Low quality and the top of the storage table and coffee table are cheap plastic that is already warping after 1 week.

Very poorly built- couch collapsed within only a couple months of very light use. Went to inspect the problem and it looks like the support brace is completely detached- just snapped right at the welding. Called Wayfair to look into the manufacturer's warranty that is listed on the page and the rep gave me a number for this seller "Gucang"- (555) 838-9569. I was immediately skeptical because I've known 555 numbers to be used in TV and Movies because they're fictional. Nonetheless, I tried to call the number and the call wouldn't go through. Wayfair is clearly using a shady company from overseas who provided a fake number to avoid answering for their faulty product. Don't shell out over $1K on this set if you plan to sit on it!
