Chair back does not stay in position. We called the help line listed on chair instructions. Still waiting for a response which they said would come in 24 hours. Still waiting.

not an easy way to rise the footrest. Too hard for me to work so had to return. Looked great, if you are taller or stronger

First impressions are excellent. We are both under six feet and average sized. It fits us well. Don't know how it would fit larger persons. It's not to big or small. light enough and can be fairly easily managed.
