Instructions were good, all pieces were included, but some of the piece had scratches and mars. I figured it was just easier to try to repair them (sand and restain) than to return, etc.

One piece of wood came cracked so would not be able to screw into it. But customer service was great and a new one sent out. It is a great chair and exactly what I needed

Heavy duty design. Easy to put together. Very attractive wood. Will last a long time. Great price !

They look great once they were put together, but there are some indentations and blemishes throughout the pieces of wood. Some of the screw holes did not line up for the screws to fit and two of the holes were stripped. My husband was able to drill and glue them to work. Someone without wood working knowledge would have a difficult time putting it together.
