very disappointed - these arrived later than expected. When I opened them, I discovered a large tear in the fabric of one of the chairs. I contacted Wayfair immediately and sent pictures. They could do nothing about it except send me to the manufacturer which is delaying my resolution even further because its been 3 days and I still don't have a replacement/resolution because they only seem to rerspond at 3 in the morning. So at this point there is no way the replacement sling material or piece needed to build the chair will arrive in time for the event that I bought the chairs for in the 1st place. Still waiting for resolution - I used to shop Wayfair all of the time and never had such issues where they push off the resolution to the manufacturer who is less than helpful
