Misleading and not worth the price. The top of this base is fabric and there isn’t a bottom besides the two bars of the base, which is why you can’t use water. It is easy to put together, but a pain to haul in and out of the garage when it’s rainy or even drizzling because it’s mostly canvas-type materials (the bags to hold the sand and the “top” of the base.) Really disappointed for how expensive it is.

The cross bars do not fit in frame.

It's OK, the pieces that hold it together don't hold together at all though.

Works great! Filled with three bags of sand. We have a 10 foot umbrella and this base keeps it solid. No more flying umbrellas in the wind!
