Looks great and has held up very well!

I was anxious about spending this much on an umbrella but I went “cheap” before and regretted it. This umbrella has exceeded my expectations. It was insanely easy to assemble. The stand that comes with it is solid and even has wheels! The umbrella is very easy to open and close and has straps to secure it when it’s closed. Even in mild winds I haven’t had to worry about it tipping over. I’m very happy with my purchase. The only downside I can think of is that it would be nice to have more color options. I just went with the mocha color over the grey. It still looks good but living in the desert it’s nice to have some brighter color choices.

Dont waste your time or money with this umbrella. Not great for southeast Florida weather conditions as it deteriorated with a combination of moldmildew, holestears around metal frame. Not easy to crank open or close, tips in wind. Parts missing when shipped. Headache purchase which was put out for trash.

The umbrella arrived with the incorrect base as described on the website page for this umbrella. I had confirmed via phone and email that the base was 18" square before ordering and it was twice delivered with a base that was twice that size. Clearly the people in customer service, nice as they may be, have no ability to actually see or speak to the people in the warehouse from which the product is shipped.

This is in the dark gray and it is a beauty! Very substantial and well made. Mechanism is easily operated by one person. A substantial pool deck upgrade to go with out new (Wayfair) table and chairs.
