Really disappointing that the cross at the base and heavy stands doesnt come with it. It really doesnt make sense you cant sell it separately... None of the stores here sell the missing part.

Even with 250lb base it blew away in the first 5 minutes.

Could not find a base to hold it down. Very large and heavy.

BEWARE-BASE IS NOT INCLUDED - EVEN THOUGH SHOWN IN PIC---Ordered it 4/26 - was supposed to be delivered w/in a week....3 phone calls and 3 weeks later it finally arrived....well after Mother's Day - so I had no gift for my mom on Mother's Day - then when I finally receive it - there is no base - find out that's another $200+...only way to use is to bolt into concrete - totally not worth the price

I previously reviewed this umbrella for 5 stars. Unfortunately, I now have to revise this review. Today, September 18, 2020, the umbrella has split along two seams. For something to last 4 months at a cost of $660 is unacceptable. $165/mo for an umbrella?? Perhaps I could repair it somehow; I should not have to. Very, very disappointed. ***EDITED TO ADD*** I never heard a word from anyone about this horrible umbrella. Sad that I will still be paying for it long after its life. **ETA-- 7/5/21 Umbrella continues to tear along defective seams. I have attempted repair to no avail. Still no customer satisfaction from either Wayfair or Latitude for an $800 umbrella that failed in 4 months.
