This seating group is working well for us now that the early issue has been resolved. It is solid and comfortable. We enjoy entertaining groups and now we can all sit together. We assembled ourselves, but I think it would be worth paying the extra fee to have someone else do it; it is tedious. Our issue was that the fabric kept melting when we first installed it. We called customer service and they were great and quickly arranged for new cushions to be sent, noting that they have a new, better material. In the meantime, we flipped the cushions and the same issue happened and more pillows/cushions were affected. Once again, customer service was helpful. We even noticed the side of the firepit was melting. We eventually moved the whole unit to another place on our deck and it stopped. Very strange, but we believe that sunlight was reflecting off one of the house windows and creating intense heat. I assume this is a one off situation. We have had the new cushions and pillows in the new location for 2 months now and no issue.

Love this set! But only giving four stars because the directions could have been a bit better and would have preferred the side table to have storage for furniture covers.

We ordered this set for use on our patio. Building the set was fairly straight forward but time consuming (as one may expect). The disappointment began when we realized the seat cushions did not fit and it was clear that the wrong size cushion was sent. It was also short one back cushion. After several days going back and forth with the manufacturer, I thought it was clear what we needed replaced. Nearly two weeks later the replacements came in and they sent them in the wrong color. They also sent one seat cushion when I specifically said that two were incorrect. I have now reached out again but I am quite disappointed since this is otherwise a nice set (hence still getting 3 stars).

So far really enjoying our outdoor furniture. The cushions could be a bit softer and might change that out in the future and the fire pit is lovely; will probably change the rocks though as personal taste. Only time will tell, in regards to, wear and tear and fading. Assembly was relatively easy.

Beautiful set. Made of good quality. Does take time to build. Can be done with one person but can take much longer. Love how it arrived so fast too.
