This is more of a review of Wayfair. We purchased this sofa 2 weeks ago and when we opened it, it came with no instructions or hardware. We reached out to Wayfair immediately and was first sent to a chat, then a text and now they’re saying it’s going to take a couple of days for someone to get back to me. At this point I’ve explained my simple issue 5 times. All I need is the hardware and instructions that go with the purchase. I can’t imagine what it be like to actually have to return an item!

Game changer for our small patio! I think it is sturdier than others because its foundation is one piece, not sections. Firm but comfortable. Added throws to keep the cushions cleaner. We love it!!

Scale is perfect, actually better than I expected. Assembly was not that difficult! I can recommend this product.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Very comfortable

The look of the outdoor couch is wonderful! The frame and cushions seems like good quality. Assembly was the worst I have ever had for furniture assembly. The instructions references items not in the parts guide but the pictures showed the correct information for assembly if you can read millimeter print. The hex wrench provided also did not fit any bolts provided, luckily I had one that fit. I wouldn’t buy again purely due to the pain assembly was, but it looks great now that it’s done.
