Table arrived damaged, customer service lost my pictures I sent in of damages, all the boxes arrived damaged & cannot reuse to send items back. The back cushions are nothing like pictured, they’re so flimsy and thin, you cannot sit back at all. I now cannot return item without buying my own boxes to ship it back. Way too expensive for the poor quality & service. Zero stars for item & wayfair’s customer service.

Really like this set but let me say the cushions aren’t as white as they look in the picture. Also the pillows do not stay nicely propped up either. They slouch constantly so I wish there was some sort of Velcro piece to keep them in place bc it sort of looks messy. In any event, I’m happy with it and the actual structure of the set is sturdy and seems to be durable.

This item really isn’t as advertised . The back cushions are somewhat flat and seat cushions are very hard. There weren’t enough screws to complete putting set together . And there are many minor imperfections throughout the set. Because it was a lot to unpack and assemble and I just couldn’t think how to send it back , I kept it . But I’m disappointed in this set .

Solid structure. Seat cushion is very firm, hoping it will soften over time. I’ve ordered extra throw pillows for back support since the seat is so deep. Overall very happy with the look of this set.
