Parasol en porte-à-faux 11 pi x 11 pi Terrera

Le parasol est résistant et très beau et solide, mais J’habite près d’une voie rapide alors il devient malheureusement tout noir et les taches sont impossibles à enlever. Parfait pour la campagne ou la banlieue, donc, mais pas idéal pour un milieu très urbain.

I recently received this umbrella, no where in the description does it indicate an issue with wind. The description says it needs counter weights. There were various options listed on Wayfair from Bags to plastic containers. on most of the reviews for the counterweights it was noted that the consumers could not get enough sand or water in the containers. For that reason and due to the fact that I'm in the Northeastern USA and I have a concern of the sand accumulating moisture and freezing during the off season I chose concrete 16" x 16" patio blocks. Initially I used 7 blocks for a total counter weight of 231 lbs. A slight wind came up and took the umbrella The umbrella also took out one of my window screens. I added an additional 3 blocks bringing the weight up to 333 lbs. So far it's working, however I'm not too comfortable with it. Also the instructions that came with it are lacking, the instructions also had a warning about wind. It states that you should close the umbrella when the wind is greater than 3bft......the only person that would know what this means is a meteorologist! According to NOAA, that's a gentle breeze at 7 - 10 knots. Good to know if I have the umbrella on a boat. Now, only time will tell if I made the right decision on the purchase.

Thats NOT THE BASE on my umbrella order! The base they sent was cheaper that the one I paid for.

Love this umbrella soo much! The base is huge but we made it work. Its absolutely perfect. Took less than 20 min to put together
