This table was so great for the first 6 months then after winter we took off the cover and this is what it looked like completely disintegrated. I called customer service and all they could do was refund 25 of the product absolutely ridiculous as that wont even pay for a quarter of a new table that is similar. WORST customer service

Upon arrival this was a 5 star review. Color great and as pictured. Everything worked well and the delivery and install was good. However, after covering the table with THEIR provided cover for the duration of winter I take off the cover to find the table ruined. Not even a year after purchase! All the paint is flaking off and concrete is crumbling. So far I’m having no luck with Wayfair as I’m outside a 30 day return window. They won’t even give me the manufacturer number as it’s a security issue Anyone else have this problem and could offer any insight as to what happened and can you get it resolved Or am I stuck with a very expensive fire table that is completely aesthetically ruined

This took FOREVER to actually recieve! We ordered it. They said it was in stock & would ship but it actually just sat there for a few weeks. We had to cancel the first order & then reorder it again. It still took another month to actually receive. But having said that, it is very nice. It is now too hot to use it in AZ so we have not tried t it yet but are excited to find out how it works.

Looks great. Big and solid and strong. Love that it come with a cover as well. No assembly needed.

Great fireplace. Just what I wanted. Very clean looking. Shopped on time. Easy to assemble.
