item came damaged with cracked leg and customer service will not help but sent me to the manufacturer which only offered 20% refund rather than the entire amount I was charged and they take 24 hours to even respond to each email request

Love the set! Goes beautiful at our lake house. We did purchase an additional love seat, to maximize seating. Was very easy to put together. Biggest tip I can give is to remember not to fully tighten anything right away or it will be hard to put in the center brace.
