We tried setting this up at the beach this weekend, and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience.
It comes with a nice carrying bag, which is a plus. We started by inflating the arch, but as soon as we removed the pump to close the valve, the arch immediately deflated. We tried again with the same result. On the third attempt, we had no choice but to leave the pump attached because we couldn't remove it without losing all the air.
Next, we tried securing the arch with the included ground stakes. The stakes are simply too thick to push into the sand. Unless you bring another tool to dig holes first, they are nearly impossible to use. We couldn't get them secured.
The wind was moderate to strong, and the fabric kept blowing into our faces. We then tried using the aluminum support poles, but they didn't help. The tent continued moving with the wind, and suddenly the entire structure collapsed on top of my husband.
After spending so much time trying to make it work, we gave up, packed everything back into the bag, and didn't get to use it at all. Unfortunately, this product did not perform as expected, especially in the beach conditions it is designed for.
