Sturdy, well-made hose reel. Works great at corner of house swivels so it can easily be used along two sides of the house. Unrolls and rolls easily. Hose connectors coming into and going out of reel are both brass. Easy to install recommend putting at least 2 of the 4 wall connectors into a stud. We are so glad we bought this, and on sale, too! So much better than the plastic box style of hose reel!

This is my second purchase of this wall mounted hose reel. I like the ability to point & lock the direction that the hose will reel out. It is well made and has taken the weather well. the first hose reel was for the front of the house and the second one is for the rear.

This hose reel was exactly what we were looking for. After having the plastic alternative from our local home improvement store fall apart over and over, it was time to find a more durable solution. Installation was easy (though a second pair of hands helps), craftsmanship looks very good, quality of supply hose (from faucet to reel) is very good, and use is very easy. I only wish it came in a greypewter color (the bronze works though). Also seems to work well with those shrinking space saving hoses. Happy customer!
