Spa and cover arrived today, sooner than expected! (took 11 days from date of order). Delivery company was very easy to deal with and the hot tub was packaged so well it arrived in perfect condition. It looks exactly as pictured and described. I have yet to hook everything up and get it running but I know that customer service is a phone call away if I need any help.

Wow. Honestly an amazing product at an amazing price. Easy to set up and the quality is great. However, Wayfair made the shipping process bad. They would not provide an option to get the hot tub moved to the back patio and only wanted to drop it off on the front porch! I even offered to pay an additional amount. I contacted the local shipping company myself, and they agreed to move it at no charge at all. Great product, but horrible customer service from WayFair.
