The lady I spoke with stated it was under warranty and ordered the parts for me at NO CHARGE!! That is customer service and has made me a lifetime & lifelong customer of lifetime products! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 20090 basketball hoop for my 6 year old son for Christmas. My husband made an error and took out the top pole that telescopes instead of leaving it inside and just pulling up on it. We were unable to get the bottom 3 poles apart. Called customer service and they instructed on how to get them apart. It unfortunately didn’t work. I was ready to just buy a new one, and the same one because of the quality of every part of it, but I instead called to see if I could just get replacement poles. I expected to pay for them and they didn’t even mention anything about purchasing them! I’m still in shock!!! They are sending us the 2 poles that need to be separated. I can’t wait to get it together for my son to start using. I know that he will have it for many many years because it is so sturdy and heavy duty.

I bought a basketball system for my son for Christmas. It was delivered on time, but I was not able to put it together with certain parts. Customer service helped me trouble shoot the problem and offered to send the parts needed asap. So nice!
