Lifetime Height Adjustable Portable Basketball Hoop (50" Polycarbonate Backboard)

The hoop itself looks good once set up and feels sturdy during play. However, assembly was extremely difficult—the instructions weren’t very clear, and it took much longer than expected to put everything together. Also, the base is leaking slowly, which is frustrating considering it’s supposed to be weather-resistant. It works, but I expected a smoother experience for the price. Would recommend only if you’re handy and patient.

Set up was absolutely the worst! It took 5 people over 5 hours to assemble! Instructions are bad and the parts don't line up correctly. Once we FINALLY finished it seems to work fine as a basketball hoop but I would not recommend to ANYONE because set up was so bad! Please fix your product!

Kids love the hoop and lowering helps the younger kids make some shots as well!

Our hoop was knocked over in a recent, bad wind storm. It was only a couple of years old, so I wrote about getting new parts. Kyle KINDLY helped us order TWO new replacement parts AND DID NOT CHARGE us, which was greatly appreciated at this time. THANKS SO MUCH FOR GREAT SERVICE!

Easy to set up and an excellent value for the quality.

Put it together myself. 3 1/2 hours. There are a lot of assemblies that could have been put together in the factory to make it easier for the customers. The product performs well and is a savior for quarantine times.
