Loquet à double face Sumo

I’m not all that impressed with this lock. I bought it to replace an identical gate latch that seemed defective, and I had this one professionally installed yet it seems to have the same type of defect after you turn the key to the locked position, it’s not easy to find the position where you can remove the key without unlocking the lock. It usually takes me a couple minutes of turning the key every which way till I find the sweet spot where I can remove the key and move on with my life. And the “teeth” that grab the bar on this lock seem to be weaker than the “teeth” on the lock I replaced. It seems a different type of lock altogether would be better suited for my wood fence gate.

Really well made and works exactly as described.

I didn’t need the item but i was still charged a return fee. The instructions on the gate I purchased recommended this item. I felt that I shouldn’t have a fee deducted since it was highly recommend that I needed it for the project. Another similar product was included in the purchase. Don’t know why they would say it should also be purchased. Just cost me $$!
