Product arrived damaged. I reached out to Wayfair and they told me the manufacturer would reach out to me. Nobody ever reached out. While it does put out decent heat- the lighter is finicky (I often use a stick lighter), it faded fast, and is cracked on multiple sides since it came out of the box. Pretty disappointing for the price.

Was damaged upon arrival but seller was super accommodating, friendly and helpful. Looks like real wood and seems very sturdy. Can’t wait for the replacement!!

Great quality, solid and beautiful. Looks like wood, nice color and seems like it will last. I bought different stones for the fire area. I can;t wait to use it on those cold fall nights

Looks great. Like real wood. Easy to turn on and adjust. Heavy though so you will need extra ppl to move!
